I know what it feels like to carry a heart full of questions and a smile that hides the weight. To love hard, give endlessly, and still wonder if you're enough. To want to grow in your faith but feel stuck in the same painful loops — the same relationships, the same self-doubt, the same quiet ache.
My own healing journey didn't happen in a straight line. It happened on my knees, in conversations I never thought I'd have, and through a slow, tender rebuilding of trust — with God, with myself, with the women He placed in my path. Along the way I discovered something I now believe with my whole heart: you were never meant to carry this alone, and you were never meant to stay where you are.
That's why I do this work. Not because I have all the answers — but because I've felt the difference one safe, faith-filled conversation can make. And I want that for you.
