About Quail Creek
A family-friendly Northshore neighborhood
Quail Creek is a family-friendly subdivision nestled on the Northshore of Lake Pontchartrain in St. Tammany Parish along the Eastern edge of the city of Mandeville. We are proud to be a part of a highly rated school district!
A short drive to the World Famous Causeway Bridge will take you to New Orleans, or you can head slightly North to Abita Springs and Covington. We are within 2 miles of Fontainebleau State Park, as well as Pelican Park, which is home to many ball fields and little league teams.
We are also in close proximity to the Bicycle Trace and the beautiful Mandeville Lakefront and Trailhead where outdoor live music and events are free.

Our community of 457 homes has many amenities for families to enjoy. Our clubhouse is available to rent for parties.
Our swimming pool is open May through October, and also has a wading pool for young children.
There is a soccer field, baseball diamond, tennis courts and a playground with swing sets and a jungle gym.
Our families also enjoy feeding the ducks and fishing by our community pond.

Traditions we look forward to every year
Community life is quite thrilling, too! We have annual parties such as our Christmas Breakfast with Santa.
The Easter Egg Hunt is also a favorite amongst the children. There are also events like our community-wide Independence Day Pool Party.
We also have a Community Garage Sale in the Spring and participate in the National Night Out Against Crime events.
