Quail Creek Recreational Facilities

Introduction

The Quail Creek Recreational Facilities are for the exclusive use of the Quail Creek Subdivision property owners and renters. Association dues (including late fees, legal fees, etc.) must be current to use the facilities.

Our facilities include a pool (plus wading pool), tennis court, pickleball court, basketball court, sports field, picnic area, ponds, clubhouse and a playground. The clubhouse has a common room, an office, restrooms, and a kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, and a microwave oven.

We have wonderful facilities that we can use and appreciate. Therefore, the following rules and regulations apply to all individuals to insure enjoyable and safe times in Quail Creek. Members are responsible for knowing and complying with all rules and regulations.

Tennis / Pickleball / Basketball Court Rules & Regulations

I. Rules & Regulations for the Tennis / Pickleball / Basketball Courts

1. The courts are for the exclusive use of Quail Creek residents in good standing. Guests (non-residents) must be accompanied by a resident. A resident may have up to two guests at a time. If the guest amount exceeds two, you and your guests may be asked to leave.
2. Violent behavior, property damage, improper usage of equipment, vulgar language, loud or explicit music will not be tolerated. Improper behavior may result in loss of key card privileges and may be fined.
3. No sitting, climbing or hanging on the poles, rims and nets. Improper use may result in loss of key card privileges and may be fined.
4. Trash must be properly disposed of in the trash receptacle. Failure to clean up after oneself may result in the loss of key card privileges and may be fined.
5. Absolutely NOT permitted on the courts: rollerblades or skates, bicycles or skateboards, motorized vehicles, glass or breakable containers and no hard balls.
6. Quail Creek residents are responsible for their guests (non-resident). If the resident and/or guest violates any of the rules, this may result in loss of key card privileges and may be fined.
7. Playing time is open from 6:00am to 9:00pm. This area is under security surveillance.
